Everyone knows buying and selling a home is a stressful experience especially when you’re a first time home buyer like I was. Well that’s what I thought anyways before having the pleasure to work with Ronnie and John. I gave them my “checklist” on what I was looking for in a home. The next day I already had an email of multiple listings that perfectly fit what I needed in a home. During the whole process they kept me in the loop on what was going on and what I needed to do, which most of the time was just letting them work their magic. Once I found the house that I was sure I wanted I called and let them know and they said and I quote “ if you love this house we’ll make sure we get it for you” and man did they deliver. Our file was very complicated but these guys helped facilitate our FHA offer being accepted and even with tons of curve balls thrown our way we closed just a month an a half after we put in our offer. The first night we got into our house we made a mistake and flooded our boiler— guess who answered our text despite it being late evening and walked us through correcting our mistake?

What can I say, Liz is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was looking for a vacation home in Rhode Island a couple of months ago,so I put some feelers out there in the MLS.
